Get your pipeline out of the spreadsheet.

Most CRM problems aren't software problems. The system is fine — nobody agreed what a lead is, so half the team logs everything and the other half logs nothing.

[ Approach ]

Structure before software.

I design the structure first: pipeline stages that match how you actually sell, tagging that means something, automation that fires on real triggers rather than a wishlist. Then I implement it, migrate your data, and train the people who have to use it daily.

I implement on Mirola, my own platform, or on what you're already running if it's fit for purpose. I'll tell you honestly which one applies. Moving CRM is expensive and disruptive, and it isn't always the answer.

[ Scope ]

What that involves

  • Pipeline and stage design
  • Contact and company structure, tagging, segmentation
  • Data migration and deduplication
  • Integrations via API or MCP — email, calendar, accounts, forms
  • Automated sequences and internal notifications
  • Team training with your data, not a demo account

The build is how we meet.

CRM work doesn't end at go-live. Grow covers the ongoing build-out, the integrations you adopt later, and keeping the data clean.
