Find out what's actually wrong.

Most businesses I speak to know something isn't working. The site doesn't rank. The CRM has become a spreadsheet with extra steps. Something was built quickly two years ago and nobody is sure what it does now.

Book the audit £750 · one week · credited against a build
[ What I look at ]

Seven things, in one week.

Indexation and crawl state

What Google can actually see, checked against Search Console — not what a browser shows you.

Rendering

Raw HTML against rendered DOM, per page type. This is where AI-built sites usually fail.

Technical SEO

Structured data, metadata, canonicals, internal linking, sitemaps.

Your stack

What you're running, what it costs, what's duplicated, what nobody has touched in a year.

Data and security

Where your data lives, who can reach it, what happens when something fails.

Performance

Real field data and lab numbers, not a screenshot of a score.

Workflow

Where your team is doing by hand what the software should be doing.

[ The deliverable ]

A roadmap, not a pitch.

Every issue found, ranked by impact, with effort against each one. A call to walk through it and answer whatever comes up. Then it's yours — whether you hire me, hire someone else, or fix it in-house.

£750 · credited in full against a build or retainer onboarding booked within 60 days

[ Questions ]

Before you book.

What do I actually get?

A written report with every issue found, ranked by impact, with rough effort against each one — plus a call to walk through it. The document is yours whatever you decide next. You could hand it to any developer.

Is the fee really credited?

Yes, in full, against a build or the onboarding month of a retainer, booked within 60 days. It is not credited against training.

Who is it for?

Sites and applications built on modern JavaScript stacks, AI-generated builds, or custom software. If you are on WordPress I will still audit it, but the remediation is likely better handled by a WordPress specialist and I will say so.

What do you need from me?

Read access to Search Console and Analytics, a look at the repository or platform, and 45 minutes to talk about how the business actually works.
